Custom Aluminum Die-Cast Components

Glary manufactures custom aluminum die-cast housings, heat-dissipating enclosures, lighting components and structural parts from customer drawings. Internal cavities, reinforcing ribs, mounting bosses, sealing grooves and cooling fins can be formed as part of the casting, with CNC machining added for critical holes, threads and mounting surfaces.

Typical Material: ADC12 Aluminum Alloy

Integrated Features in a Single Casting

Cooling fins, internal cavities, reinforcing ribs and mounting bosses can be formed as one structure, reducing separate components and assembly steps. Sealing surfaces, threaded holes, connector openings and other critical interfaces can then be CNC machined according to the drawing.

Die-Cast Thermal Enclosures

Glary manufactures die-cast aluminum enclosures that combine housing, cooling and mounting functions in one component. Cooling fins, internal installation space and mounting features can be formed as part of the casting, while component contact surfaces, threaded holes and connector openings can be completed by CNC machining. Housing size, fin arrangement and surface finish are produced according to the customer’s drawing.

From Tooling to Repeat Production

Before tooling, we review the part structure, critical functional areas, CNC machining requirements, surface finish, assembly interfaces and expected order volume. Initial samples are checked against the confirmed drawing before repeat production. Once approved, the same dimensional, appearance and processing requirements are followed for subsequent orders.

From Casting to Finished Component

A casting is rarely the finished component. Glary can coordinate CNC machining, drilling and tapping, surface preparation, powder coating, painting, laser marking and component assembly according to the drawing. Keeping these processes within one production workflow helps reduce fit problems between the housing, covers and internal components.

Inspection Before Shipment

Before shipment, key dimensions, machined holes and threads, surface appearance and assembly condition are checked against the confirmed drawing and approved sample where applicable. Inspection items are selected according to the function and agreed requirements of each component.
