We Start With the Part, Not the Process
Send us your drawing, 3D model, profile section or an existing sample.
We review the finished part first — dimensions, tolerances, machining, surface finish, assembly and quantity — then decide how it should be made. This may involve extrusion, CNC machining and surface finishing. If we see anything that may affect production, we discuss it with you before tooling starts.

A custom aluminum project may involve more than extrusion. It may also need CNC machining, surface finishing and additional components. Where practical, we coordinate these steps together, so you do not have to manage several suppliers for one project.

When Something Changes, You Know About It
Not everything can be confirmed from a drawing. Sometimes a trial, machining operation, surface finish or actual application shows that an adjustment is needed. If that happens, we let you know what we found, what we recommend and whether it affects the schedule.

The original design combined the outer profile and heatsink in one extrusion.

After application testing, the outer profile and heatsink were separated into two parts.

We produced the revised outer profile and separate heatsink for the new design.




Trial First. Then Production.
For new tooling or complex parts, we prefer to confirm the actual sample before moving into production.
We check the profile, dimensions, machining and surface finish against the agreed requirements. If something needs adjustment, it is corrected and checked again before production.
Depending on the project, approval may be based on the extruded profile first, or on a fully machined and finished sample.

We Stay With the Part Until It Ships
Our work does not stop when production is finished. Before shipment, we check the agreed dimensions, appearance and surface finish. Packing is selected according to the size, shape and surface of the part — especially for long extrusions, finished enclosures and parts that are easy to scratch.
Inspection and packing photos can be shared before shipment when required.
