Aluminum Extrusion Profile
This Ø101 mm extruded heat sink starts as an aluminum extrusion profile in 6063-T5.
After the profile is cut to length, CNC machining can be used for the mounting holes, threaded holes, internal features or other details required for the final assembly.

One Heat Sink Size, Different Machining Options
The same Ø101 mm heat sink profile was used in different finished configurations.
The photos show versions with an internal cavity, a closed base, mounting holes and black anodized finish. Matching rings and cover parts were added where the final product required more internal space or a different housing arrangement.

Related Ring and Cover Parts
Separate rings and cover parts were supplied with the heat sink body for this assembly.
The parts were black anodized and made with the mounting holes, openings or internal details needed for their position in the assembly. Their dimensions and features were matched to the heat sink body.

Matching Parts for the Housing Assembly
The finned heat sink body, rings and cover parts were prepared as matching parts for one round housing assembly.
Their sizes, mounting features and openings were arranged to suit the required internal components and connections.
