One Pin Fin Body, Different Mounting Details
The Ø120 mm pin fin body was used with several mounting configurations. The cooling structure remained the same, while the top surface was machined to suit different assembly requirements.
Depending on the required connection, the part can include a threaded center bore, mounting holes or a machined flat face.

Pin Fin Structure
The pins are distributed across the circular base, creating cooling area around the part without extending the heat sink in one direction.
This structure is often used in compact round assemblies. The pin fin body can be supplied in natural aluminum or black anodized finish, then machined with the mounting features required for the final assembly.

Assembly Examples
Some pin fin heat sinks were supplied together with LED light modules, reflectors, mounting frames and related hardware.
The photos show both single-light and multi-light assemblies. When the assembly requirement is clear, the heat sink, machining features and related parts can be prepared together.

Standard Pin Fin Heat Sink Sizes
Standard pin fin heat sink diameters are available in standard sizes from Ø50 mm to Ø210 mm.
The pin fin body can then be machined with mounting holes, threaded bores or other connection details to match the final assembly.
