Extruded Heat Sink Body

The main heat sink body is produced from 6063 aluminum extrusion and cut to the required 80 mm height.

The radial fin section and central opening are formed as part of the extrusion profile. The cut body can then be machined with the required mounting surface, hole pattern and threaded features.

CNC Machining and Mounting Features

The machining includes mounting-face preparation, screw-hole locations and tapped holes for assembly. The hole pattern is located from the profile reference surfaces.
