Round Heat Sink Body

This Ø90 mm round heat sink has fins around the outside of the body. The fins provide cooling area, while the solid center section can be used for mounting or connection features.

The heat sink body and aluminum plates were prepared as matching parts for the same assembly.

Machined Aluminum Plates

Separate aluminum plates were machined with different hole patterns and threaded holes to suit the required mounting and connection details.

The photos show two plate sizes. Each plate has its own dimensions, hole positions and machining features.

Heat Sink and Plate Assembly

The machined aluminum plate is supplied as a matching part for the round heat sink. The plate provides the mounting interface, while the finned body provides the cooling structure.

Hole positions, threads and plate dimensions can be adjusted when the final assembly layout is confirmed.
