Die Cast Aluminum Heat Sink Features
Custom Fin Shapes and Spacing
Round, rectangular or irregular bodies with fin height and spacing matched to the available installation space.
Machined LED and Power-Module Contact Faces
Contact faces machined to specified flatness and surface roughness, with mounting holes matched to your LED board or power module.
Integrated Mounting Features, Fewer Separate Parts
Cooling fins, housing walls, bosses and brackets can be combined in one casting, reducing separate parts and fastening points. For designs that also require enclosed electronics, PCB mounting and cover interfaces, see our die cast aluminum enclosures.
Clearance for Cables and Fasteners
Cable openings and gaps between fin groups leave room for connectors, mounting screws and assembly tools.

Die Cast Aluminum Heat Sinks for LED and Power Electronics
LED Lighting
Custom die cast aluminum heat sinks for street lights, floodlights and high-bay lights. Supplied with machined LED board contact faces and fixing points for lenses or covers.
Power Supplies and LED Drivers
Finned housings that combine cooling surfaces with space for the power-supply or driver assembly. Supplied with device contact pads, board-mounting bosses and cable openings.
Inverters and Motor Drives
Die cast heatsink bodies with machined power-module seating faces and tapped fixing holes. Contact-face flatness, roughness and hole positions follow your module installation requirements.
Industrial Electronics
Custom heat sinks for controllers and power-control equipment with restricted installation space. Stepped bodies, mounting flanges and local fin clearances fit around adjoining components.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does every custom heat sink require a new mold?
A new mold is required if existing tooling cannot match your design. We check the overall shape, fin layout and mounting features before confirming the tooling requirement
Can you review a 2D drawing without a 3D model?
Send the dimensioned drawing for an initial review. We will identify any missing details and confirm whether a 3D model is needed before tooling can proceed.
Can you supply a matching cover for a die cast heatsink enclosure?
Yes. Send drawings for both the body and cover, including fixing points and mating dimensions. Any gasket groove or sealing requirement should also be specified.
Can you guarantee a cooling capacity in watts?
We do not assign a watt rating from the casting dimensions alone. Test the die cast aluminum heatsink with your heat source, thermal interface and airflow under the intended operating conditions.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send your drawing or 3D model, quantity, alloy, machining requirements and finish. Mark critical tolerances and include any material-report or inspection requirements.
What is the MOQ for a custom die casting heatsink?
The MOQ is 10 pieces for custom parts. Tooling is quoted separately based on your drawing.
What is the lead time for custom die cast aluminum heat sinks?
New tooling takes approximately 30 days, followed by around 7 days for samples. The schedule is confirmed after reviewing the final drawing, machining and finishing requirements.
