Heatsink Assembly
From aluminum extrusion and CNC machining to
surface finishing and assembly.
01 Design Drawing

The manufacturing process began with an engineering drawing that defined the heatsink profile, mounting features, and assembly structure.
Based on the drawing requirements, production moved to extrusion and component manufacturing.
02 Extrusion Profile
An 89 mm diameter aluminum extrusion profile was used as the main heatsink body of the assembly.
The profile was cut to the required length before moving to the next manufacturing steps.

03 CNC Machined Mounting Component
A separate aluminum component was produced by CNC machining.
The part was manufactured according to the drawing and prepared for surface finishing and assembly.

04 Surface Finish

Following machining, the aluminum components were anodized in black.
After surface finishing was completed, the parts moved to the final assembly stage.
05 Assembly

The anodized heatsink body and machined aluminum component were assembled together.
After assembly, the spotlight heatsink was ready for use.
