02 Cold Forging Process
- The heat sink body was produced through the cold forging process.
- The forging operation formed the base and cooling fins as a single aluminum component.

03 CNC Machining
- The forged heat sinks moved to CNC machining after production.
- Additional holes and mounting features were completed during machining.

04 Finished Heatsink
- The heat sinks were completed after machining and anodizing.
- Critical features were inspected before assembly.


05 Fixture Assembly
- The finished heat sinks were integrated into LED grow light fixtures.
- Multiple lighting modules were assembled onto the aluminum frame structure.
- The completed products were prepared for indoor growing applications.
