Several Profiles for One Linear Lighting Assembly
This reference set included several extruded aluminum profiles used in the same linear lighting assembly.
The profiles had different cross-sections and mounting details. Some were used as the main housing, while others worked as matching covers or mounting parts within the same assembly.
Extruded Profile Details
The sections included long straight faces, internal channels and small locating features along the edges. These details allow the profiles to fit with other parts of the assembly after cutting and finishing.
The required length, wall thickness and section shape are confirmed before tooling. After extrusion, the profiles can be cut, machined or finished according to the final assembly requirement.
Surface Finish Options
Surface finish is selected according to the required appearance and final use of the profile.
Available options include anodized, bright polished and powder-coated finishes. The actual surface appearance is confirmed before production, including color, gloss level and surface texture.
